We offer custom to program order at any design, size, shape, colors. We manufacture 45 super thick to 200 knots per square inch rugs at any pile height and loop or cut pile
as your requirements. We can manufacture by wool, silk, wool and silk mix, silk touch and other natural fibers like hemp, banana fiber, linen, nettle or cashmere pashmina.

How long does it take to manufacture my rug?
Manufacturing time depends upon rugs size, number of colors, density of knots per square inch, and designs. We can provide you the exact time frame only after

If I send you a fabric or other pattern to duplicate the design in a rug, are you capable of scaling it to the rug size?
Yes, we make our own graph before weaving the rugs. You are welcome to send the pattern without scaling
Which color card do you use, and how can I get the color card?
We have our own color card and we also use Pantone color card. Pantone color card is easily available in lots of countries market, if you
don't get Pantone color card please

If I don't have color card can I send you the pattern with my own color wool, fabric or any other materials?
Yes, You can send us your own color wool, fabrics or any other materials. We tally your sent colors while dying and bring the exact color
in rugs as your requirements.
If I send you my design via email can you match the color and send me the color wool thread for approval?
Yes, if you send us your design pattern via email without color code from the color card then we will print out you design in photo paper and tally the photo colors with our color wools and send you the color wool
thread which match your color for approval.
I want to send you my design via email, which file format do you support?
We use Microsoft computer, so please send any supported file like .JPG, .GIF, .PDF, .Doc, etc...
I don't have any idea on making my own pattern, can you provide some extra information to make my own pattern?
Making the pattern is very easy since you don't have to do scaling to the rug size. The only main thing is you have to make us understand where to put which colors and materials from your design pattern. We have made a special "how to make a pattern" page for the concept. Do you provide privacy on my design?
Yes, your design is secure within us. We do not show your design to any third party plus we do not publish your design on any kind of media.
Can you make a sample rug (strike off) from my design?
Yes, normally we make 1X1 foot strike off from the corner or middle part of your design (Your requirement size is possible). We charge a normal cost
associate with the strike off for the new costumers only. Once you order a rug with us we do not charge a strike off fee.
What are the biggest rug size and the smallest rug size you can make?
We can make any size rug but above 14 foot width the extra cost will be charged since we have to prepare a special loom.
What are the knots count in different quality rugs?
In 45 Knots rug, we have 45 knot counts per square inch, likewise at 200 knots rug, we have 200 knot counts per square inch and so on. But sometime the knot counts may be up/down depends upon the design of the rug.
Are your yarns hands or machine carded and spun?
It depends on our costumer’s choice, we can do hand or machine carded / spun both as your requirement.
What dye stuff do you use?
We use Swiss dye stuff or vegetable dyes as your requirement.
What are the weight of rugs?
The rugs weight depends upon the size, density of knots, pile height and materials in pile. Please
contact us with your requirement rugs information to get the exact weight of the rugs.
Are these rugs made with child labor?
No, we do not use child labor in our production
How do you ship the rugs?
It depends upon the buyers. Normally in large scale we use Sea or Air shipment by the local agents and in small scale we use courier service like
FedEx, TNT, DHL etc.. You can select any service you prefer.
How will you pack rugs for shipment so they are not damaged in transit?
First of all we rap rolled rugs by thick plastic bag than we rap thick jute bag from outside, then it is ready shipment bell.
